Claude Code mod
When Claude sends helper agents off or runs something in the background, it is easy to lose track of what is still going. This mod keeps it in sight, right above where you type.
What it does
- It shows a pixel character for the chat, and one for each helper agent while it works.
- The character dresses for the permission mode, frowns after a failed tool call, falls asleep when idle, and throws confetti when a git commit goes through.
- It sums up the files changed in the chat.
- Its buttons unfold what is running in the background, the helper agents, what will wake the chat later, and the other sessions it talks to.
- It draws the context window as a stacked bar that shows what fills it, amber at 70% and red at 85%. /context-bar turns the bar on and off.
How it's built
- It only reads what Claude Code already knows about the session, and sends nothing anywhere.
The pixel characters come from pixel-agents by Pablo De Lucca, under the MIT license.
